Job Description

- Sourcing suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, quality and logistical expenses
- Assessing vendors and their offerings with in-person visits, interviews, and analysis to assess their quality
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfil all customer requests
- Negotiating sale agreements and supply contracts in ways that benefit their company
- Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services
- Authorizing payments and managing purchasing expenses with meticulous record-keeping
- Material Planning and Procurement through Intercompany and Third-party suppliers
- Managing imports& coordination with other units in foreign territory
- Encourage suppliers for warehousing and warehouse management.
- Designing strategies for inventory & Monitoring inventory levels

Other Details

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering specifications and requirements
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with procurement software/tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in purchasing or supply chain management is a plus
