Sales Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop new business with OEMs, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, retailers, and distributors.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify upselling opportunities.
• Conduct regular field visits, customer meetings, and product demonstrations.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute localized marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Represent the company at regional trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events.
• Ensure effective visibility of marketing materials and product branding in the region.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, production) for smooth order fulfillment and customer service.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, market feedback, and competitor activities.
