Job Description

Responsible for Gauges & Instruments Procurement as per requirement and Identified new gauges for developed parts.
Responsible for timely calibration of the gauges & instrument as per calibration plan (Internal lab & External lab).
Responsible for Carrying out Variable MSA as per plan (Bias Study, Linearity Study, Stability Study, GR&R Study).
Good knowledge about GD&T, Dimensioning Tolerance Principles for Gauges standard ASME Y14.43 and ISO/IEC 17025.
Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016. & Maintain all documentation regarding QMS.
Instruments Handling such as Co-Ordinate Measuring Machine, Profile Projector, quality related gauges & instruments.

Other Details

DME/Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering
Minimum 5 years’ experience for DME & 3 years for BE candidate.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various Gauges and Instruments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with SAP systems.
