Conduct load testing, wear testing, and reliability testing to validate clutch performance.
Work closely with manufacturing and assembly teams to ensure designs are cost-effective and manufacturable.
Identify and resolve issues in existing clutch designs or production processes to improve performance and efficiency.
Ensure all designs meet relevant industry standards and regulations concerning safety, performance, and environmental impact.
Understanding the principles of mechanical design, material science, and thermodynamics.
