Logistics / Dispatch / Store Executive

Job Description

Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, components, and tools.
Maintain proper stock levels and update inventory records in ERP or inventory management software.
Issue raw materials to production and track consumption on a daily basis.

Plan and coordinate the dispatch of finished goods to customers as per schedule.
Generate delivery challans, packing lists, invoices, and other shipping documents.
Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and customers for smooth deliveries.

Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal and regulatory compliance standards.

Other Details

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, Zoho) for inventory and dispatch management.
Good knowledge of inventory control, packaging, shipping documentation, and logistics coordination.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
Basic computer proficiency (Excel, email, printing labels/docs, etc.).
Forklift or warehouse handling certification is a plus (if applicable).
