Job Description

Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and take corrective actions
Marketing Management
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and initiatives
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive threats
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to corporate marketing guidelines
Customer Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
Team Development and Training
- Recruit, onboard, and train sales and marketing personnel
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
Budget and Resource Management
- Develop and manage the annual sales and marketing budget for the area
- Monitor expenses, track variances, and implement cost-saving measures
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales and marketing performance
- Analyze data and insights to identify areas for improvement

Other Details

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the Clutch industry/automotive industry mainly in After Market
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
