Established in January 2007 in Paris, Tennessee, Setco Automotive N.A. Inc. is a proud member of the Setco Automotive Group, headquartered in India. With manufacturing facilities in India, the United Kingdom, and the United States, Setco Automotive Group spans three continents, leveraging over 40 years of expertise in the design, manufacture, and distribution of commercial vehicle clutches, pressure converters, and precision machining.

Originally known as Lipe-Rollway North America, Setco Automotive N.A. Inc. has built a robust reputation in the heavy-duty clutch industry. Setco boasts a skilled manufacturing team capable of precision machining and producing air over hydraulic pressure converters for off-highway vehicles and heavy-duty clutches for trucks across North America.

The ambition within the company is to develop new clutches suitable to new engine requirements and to expand the business across North America and LATAM under the brand name of Lipe™.

Udit Sheth

Udit Sheth is an entrepreneur and innovator behind India’s first Sports Infrastructure Project under the PPP model. As the founder of the TransStadia Group and part of the promoter family of Setco Group, he brings nearly two decades of expertise in Finance and Operations.

Under his leadership, TransStadia became the world’s first SuRe Certified Stadium, also holding LEED Gold, ISO 9000, and ISO 14000 certifications. His forward-thinking approach has driven successful projects across sectors — from global M&As in the commercial vehicle space to building world-class sports infrastructure.

He also played a key role in introducing Yogasana as a competitive sport, recognized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports in 2020.
