Health and
Safety Policy

Setco Automotive (UK) Ltd. (The Company) is committed to the prevention of work-related injury and ill health arising from its business activities. The Company strives to achieve this through the promotion of a safe and healthy working culture and the provision of safe and healthy working conditions. Top management takes overall responsibility and accountability for this policy.
Hazard Elimination and Risk Reduction
To take all reasonably practicable steps to eliminate hazards from its business operations, reducing occupational health and safety risks to a minimum level.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance
To comply, as a minimum, with all applicable legal requirements and with the requirements of other interested parties relevant to the Company’s Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
Performance Measurement and Continual Improvement
To implement and evaluate occupational health and safety objectives, in the form of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), to drive continual improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
Employee Consultation and Participation
To ensure that employees and their representatives are consulted and actively encouraged to participate in all aspects of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, including development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and improvement actions.
This policy will be reviewed periodically (at least annually) to ensure that it remains relevant, appropriate, and compatible with the strategic direction of the Company.
