Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products and services, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and incorporate findings into sales and marketing strategies.
  • Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content, to promote company products and services.
  • Utilize digital marketing channels such as social media, email campaigns, and SEO to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase products and network with potential clients.
  • Stay informed about advancements in the foundry, casting, and machine shop industry, including new technologies and techniques, to remain competitive in the market.
  • Must be familiar with costing and price settlement with the automobile sector.
  • Should be familiar with details of costing in machine shops and foundries.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering & Master of Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the foundry, casting, or machine shop industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
