Job Description

A. Statutory Compliance
  1. All Compliance under Laws under Wage, Social Security, IR, etc
  2. Conducting regular audits and weekly review meetings to avoid surprises
  3. Awareness session on compliance requirements
B. Industrial Relations
  1. Proactively pulse check of both the internal as well as the external environment
  2. Liaisioning with Government Authorities & Offices, including all departments. Public relation and Liaisioning with local authorities like Sarpanch/ Village
  3. Management of On-roll workmen (Protected) for their end-to-end life cycle
    process
  4. Working for close co-ordination with the employees and their representatives
    and initiate various actions for the general welfare of the workforce proactively.
  5. Asist negotiations & disputes with representative. Organize communication meet.
    between Workmen & Management
  6. Anchoring the Collective bargaining discussions with the workforce and provide
    solution of any grievance. Ensuring timely grievance redressal. Activating and maintaining
C. Contract Labour Management
  1. All Compliance under Laws under Wage, Social Security, IR, etc
  2. Conducting regular audits and weekly review meetings to avoid surprises
  3. Awareness session on compliance requirements
D. Performance Management, Time Office & Payroll
  1. To complete performance management system as per agreed timelines
  2. Ensure Payroll Inputs are given accurate and timely
  3. Ensure grievance redressal by active support from payroll team
E. Recruitment, Joining & Induction, Training & Development
  1. To ensure that all the vacant positions as per the approved manpower budget are filled up
  2. To reduce unauthorized absenteeism
  3. To insure orientation training to all new joinee
  4. To Conduct Training Need analysis of all staff
  5. To prepare and implement training calendar with 75% achievement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master’s degree preferred years of experience in HR management roles, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and managerial abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
