Job Description

• Participate in a comprehensive training program designed to provide exposure to various aspects of our manufacturing operations
• Learn and apply engineering principles to support production processes, quality control, and product development initiatives
• Assist engineers and technicians with day-to-day tasks, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
• Contribute to projects focused on process optimization, cost reduction, and quality improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets, quality standards, and customer requirements
• Gain familiarity with industry regulations, safety protocols, and best practices in automotive manufacturing
• Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and a willingness to learn through active participation and engagement in training activities
• Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to management as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or similar
• Understanding of a engineer’s role in an industry
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Superb attention to detail
• Strong leadership skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Willingness to work extra time if required
• Excellent time management skills
