Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with IATF 16949 standards
  • Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality goals and metrics, and monitor performance against targets
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures
  • Participate in new product development projects to ensure quality requirements are met from design to production
  • Support supplier quality management activities, including supplier audits, qualifications, and performance monitoring
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and optimize processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality management and automotive standards


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in quality engineering roles, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 standards and quality management systems
  • Experience with quality tools and methodologies such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA
  • Proficiency in problem-solving techniques such as root cause analysis and statistical analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Certification in quality management is plus
