Job Description

  1. Sales Leadership
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
    • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives
    • Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and take corrective actions
  2. Marketing Management
    • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and initiatives
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive threats
    • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to corporate marketing guidelines
  3. Customer Relationship Management
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
  4. Team Development and Training
    • Recruit, onboard, and train sales and marketing personnel
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
  5. Budget and Resource Management
    • Develop and manage the annual sales and marketing budget for the area
    • Monitor expenses, track variances, and implement cost-saving measures
  6. Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales and marketing performance
    • Analyze data and insights to identify areas for improvement

Qualification

  1. Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
    • Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the Clutch industry/automotive industry mainly in After Market
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
    • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
